Katie Holmes opted for a casual cool look while stepping out for an evening stroll in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood on Wednesday.
The Batman Begins star, 45, sported a light beige t-shirt and embroidered blue Isabel Marant jeans for the outing.
She wore a pair of comfortable white Nike x Bode sneakers on her feet, and toted a black bag on her shoulder.
The mom-of-one shielded her eyes with a pair of black sunglasses and accessorized with gold jewelry.
The busy star — who is set to make her return to Broadway for first time in 12 years — carried a cellphone with a red cover in her hand during her walk.

Earlier this month it was reported that Holmes will return to Broadway to star with Jim Parsons and Zoey Deutch in a revival of Thornton Wilder's play Our Town.
The actress has been cast as Mrs. Myrtle Webb in the upcoming production of the show, which will feature 28 performers, according to People.
Big Bang Theory vet Parsons is set to appear as the Stage Manager, while the 29-year-old Zoey will portray Emily Gibbs.
Other performers involved with the project include Tony winner Julie Halston and Tony nominees Ephraim Sykes and Michelle Wilson.
Our Town is set in the early 1900s and is centered on the lives of several families in Grover's Corner, New Hampshire.
The play initially premiered in 1938, and it was first produced on Broadway that same year, after which it won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
Our Town has been revived on and off Broadway several times, and performers such as Henry Fonda, Penelope Ann Miller and Montgomery Clift have been involved with various productions.
A film based on the play was released in 1940 and starred William Holden and Martha Scott.
The most recent Broadway revival of the play took place in 2002 with a cast led by Paul Newman.
